Employee Service Center
We staff our Employee Service Center (ESC) with trained specialists who serve as benefit advocates for our clients’ employees. The ESC is available from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Plan participants may call toll-free or e-mail the Service Center for answers to questions about their benefits and assistance with claims.
MCM provides clients with call and e-mail data reports on a monthly or quarterly basis, with the format and level of detail customized to clients' needs.
