Employee Service Center

As one of our services to employee benefit clients, MCM provides access to our Employee Service Center from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Plan participants may call, toll-free, or e-mail the service center for answers to questions about their benefits.

All calls and e-mails are tracked and, if needed, flagged for follow-up. Call and e-mail data are reported to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis, with the format and level of detail customized to clients' needs.
